Poi Mago - Mango pudding

It ever amazes me that the fruit that grows too then abundantly inwards Samoa is sold inwards my supermarket for $5 a slice (That's xv tala per mango for those of you lot inwards Samoa.) In the islands , these fruit are abundant , gratis to the the world , trees too then heavily laden the fruit are dropping off the tree too rotting on the ground; too these jokers slap a sticker on them too accuse me v bucks a mango. Shheeesh...


A medium mango should plough over you lot plenty fruit for this recipe. 

Poi Mago 
(serves 2) 
1 loving cup mango flesh
juice too zest of 1 lime or 2 lautipolo/laumoli 
½ can (200ml) kokosnoot milk 
½  teaspoon vanilla 
sugar to taste 
ice for serving



Blend everything until smooth. 
If you lot notice the poi too thick , add ½ cup of mutual frigidity water. 
Chill for at to the lowest degree xxx minutes. 


Serve well-chilled , or over ice. For a spicy boot , sprinkle a niggling dark pepper over the top. Don't mess some amongst exotic flavor combinations (because you lot are non Jamie Oliver) too merely consume this equally is.
