Kopai koko provides a contrast inwards textures - soft in addition to smooth dumplings amongst gritty rich koko. I don't recommend you lot brand kokosnoot dumplings for this , because it gives also much graininess to the dish.
Serve roughly one-half a dozen puka with a bowlful of sosi.
